Sp\u00e4ter gab MARCO POLO vor allem exotischen Fahrern die M\u00f6glichkeit, hier in Europa Rennen zu fahren, und sie fuhren fort, Rennen in exotischen L\u00e4ndern zu fahren. 2001 und 2002 fuhren sie mit einem niederl\u00e4ndischen F\u00fchrerschein, sp\u00e4ter hatten sie F\u00fchrerscheine in Hongkong, China und Eritrea.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Trikot geh\u00f6rte Bram de Waard, bei der Kalifornien-Rundfahrt lag er auf dem 2. Platz im Hauptfeld, als der Fahrer vor ihm eine Essenst\u00fcte in sein Rad bekam. Bei dem daraus resultierenden Sturz brach sich Bram den Ellbogen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Krankenhaus wurde das Hemd aufgeschnitten (was die vielen Sicherheitsnadeln im Hemd erkl\u00e4rt), um Bram zu helfen.
