TELEVIZIER-BATAVUS: Das niederl\u00e4ndische Top-Radsportteam aus den sechziger Jahren<\/strong><\/p>\n

TELEVIZIER-BATAVUS startete 1961 als kleines Radsportteam mit Televizier als Sponsor. Ebenfalls 1964 wurde der ehemalige Radfahrer Kees Pellenaars Teamleiter und entwickelte das Team zu einem erfolgreichen und sehr professionellen Radsportteam.<\/p>\n

In den Jahren 1966 und 1967 fuhr das Pellenaars-Team unter dem Namen TELEVIZIER-BATAVUS und entwickelte sich zu einem der erfolgreichsten niederl\u00e4ndischen Teams im professionellen Radsport. Das Team wurde 1966 als Joint Venture zwischen der niederl\u00e4ndischen Fernsehzeitschrift Televizier und dem niederl\u00e4ndischen Fahrradhersteller Batavus gegr\u00fcndet.<\/p>\n

Das Team bestand aus einer Reihe vielversprechender junger Fahrer wie dem Sprintkanonen Gerben Karstens, Jos Van Der Vleuten, Cees Haast, Henk Nijdam und Jo de Roo. Das Team entwickelte sich schnell zu einem der st\u00e4rksten Teams im Hauptfeld und gewann mehrere wichtige Rennen, darunter die Niederlande-Rundfahrt und die Belgien-Rundfahrt. 1966 war das Team auch bei der Tour de France und 1967 bei der Vuelta stark vertreten.<\/p>\n

Der Erfolg von TELEVIZIER-BATAVUS war nicht nur auf individuelle Leistungen zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren. Das Team war auch f\u00fcr seine starke und enge Teamarbeit bekannt, bei der sich die Fahrer gegenseitig zum Sieg verhalfen. Das Team verf\u00fcgte \u00fcber einen starken Sprintzug, der es Karstens erm\u00f6glichte, viele Siege zu erringen.<\/p>\n
